CAREER MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The office is in charge of the administrative management of the university careers of students enrolled in undergraduate and master’s programmes and in the Advanced Specialization Schools.

Office: Building U17, Piazzetta Difesa per le Donne, Desk n.6.

Office hours: Monday 13.45-15.45 – Wednesday 09.00- 12.00.

ACADEMIC OFFICE

The Academic Office is in charge of managing all academic activities (compilation of courses of study, validation of formal university and/or extra-university credits,  credits for prior careers or transfer students, exam dates, internships, workshops, class schedules, professor office hours, internal traineeships, final examinations) for students enrolled in undergraduate and master’s programmes and in the Advanced Specialization Schools.

Access is by appointment only.

The office is responsible for ensuring that the three-year undergraduate and master’s programmes are in compliance with all existing laws and regulations, and for modifying educational frameworks and regulations. It manages the Ministry of Education’s annual database of study courses (SUA-CdS) and the U-GOV system.

Office: Building U6, 3rd floor, room 3168c.

Office hours: Mondays 10.30-12.00; Tuesdays 14.00-15.30; Wednesdays 10.30-12.00.
